Enamel Pin - Huia

It’s a huia pin! This enamel pin is inspired by a beautiful but sadly extinct native bird, the huia! Huia were elegant forest birds, they were part of a group known as wattlebirds that also includes kōkako and saddlebacks. Huia were known for their long distinctive tail feathers and curved beaks - especially the female that inspired this pin. Pins are ethically produced under a registered ethical certification.
