At Artists to Market, every purchase supports independent artists, makers, and small creative businesses. Many of our products are handmade, created in small batches, or carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Please note:
- Some items are made to order and may require additional production time.
- If an item has a longer lead time, this will be noted on the individual product listing.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We currently ship throughout New Zealand.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- North Island: 1–3 business days
- South Island: 2–5 business days
- Rural delivery: Please allow additional time.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary during busy periods.
International Shipping
Selected items may be available for international delivery.
Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.

- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

As Artists to Market works with independent artists and makers, some orders may arrive in multiple parcels.
You will receive tracking updates where applicable.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of damage (if applicable)
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve this as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.
Artists to Market is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect delivery information.
